I have an autoimmune disorder but it's really important I retain my mobility, so I work out at home as often as I can. I get knots in my leg muscles and my back, and have heard about cupping therapy but didn't want to add in one more weekly appt. Thanks to this cupper, I can do it at home! As a physical therapist, I have enjoyed using this product to help get me and my patients feeling some relief before exercise. I use cupping as more of a "warmup" the actively get people moving. (For example, using on the hamstring and getting light range of motion work in at the same time) to prime the system and then get people moving through their exercises. This device is great because it is small, portable AND has heat. Would recommend for sure!

I’ve already have massagers for different parts of the body (I am a delivery driver) so I am super sore and tired most days after work. I’m excited to try these out, a friend at work let me try theirs already..helped immediately..so having my own was a must!!

    I am a professional volleyball player that was looking for an easy at home cupping system. I LOVE that I can press a button and cup hard to reach places like my traps all on my own. I am also fascinated by all the incredible research coming out around red light therapy. I love that this combines both those practices. I have found the cup really helpful for relieving not only tension in my traps but releasing tight areas around my knees. This has been a great addition to my recovery as an athlete.

    So I bought this not for really cupping. I did it for cellulite . Which I can see the different but you definitely have to be consistent, which I’m not. The light therapy is definitely a plus for that situation. I can imagine that long term it would help but again if you’re using it for actual cupping ignore this review.
